Reluctantly, Mahmoud tracks Jorge to his deceased mother Rosita’s home, where he accidentally shoots Nadja when she answers the door.
In the chaos, Jorge leaps from the balcony to flee, leading Mahmoud to believe he has died in the fall as he retrieves the stolen cash. Impressed by Mahmoud’s actions, Radovan assigns him and his associate Ratko to deliver the money to Bladman.
As Radovan dispatches his subordinates to transfer the funds, JW and Mrado set their plan into motion, with Mrado torturing Bladman to extract the safe’s combination. JW arrives at Bladman’s residence first, entering while Mrado stands guard. When Mahmoud and Ratko show up shortly after, JW fatally shoots Mahmoud, only realizing his identity post-mortem. Both JW and Mrado then eliminate Ratko and seize the money, but Mrado is wounded in the ensuing chaos.
Aware of his critical condition, Mrado requests JW to deliver a note to his daughter Lovisa. Although JW cannot fulfill this due to Lovisa’s relocation from her foster home, he assures Mrado that she received it. In his final moments, Mrado hallucinates a meeting with his daughter.
Jorge and Nadja manage to survive their injuries and receive urgent medical care. As they are being placed into an ambulance, JW reads Mrado’s note intended for Lovisa. Subsequently, he incinerates the van containing Mrado’s remains and departs with the stolen money.
